Do you Need a Travel Visa to Canada?
Canada offers one of the most direct travel visa processing systems–but visitors MUST APPLY EARLY to allow for application review (and potential refiling, which is rare). The conference is not able to intervene in the review process on behalf of attendees and exhibitors. All registering attendees and exhibitors/sponsors should apply at least 6 months in advance of the conference. The Government of Canada will issue an official event code for 13 ICG. You will need to contact the conference to receive the event invitation letter with the event code for use in your application. + Invitation letters will be issued one year before the conference for all expected presenters.
+ Presenters must be registered by May 13, 2026. If you require visa approval before, please apply for your travel visa by early December 2025.
+ Exhibitors requiring travel visas must have at least one booth staff member with verifiable approval by May 13, 2026. Refunds will not be issued for exhibitors or exhibitor personnel who apply for visas too late. Please have at least one team member apply by December 31, 2025 for travel to exhibit at 13 ICG.
+ General Attendees should apply no later than 3 months prior to the event, where visa applications are needed. Refunds will not be issued for applications filed too late for approval and early registration rates will not be extended to attendees who did not apply in time to get approval prior to registration fee increases.
