exhibits & sponsorships

November 15, 2024 – Sponsorships Open + Exclusive Booth Selection Period for IGS Corporate Members

January 1, 2025 – General market booth sales open

May 13, 2026 – All exhibitors & sponsors must have at least one booth staff member confirmed (including any applicable travel visa). Refunds will not be issued for late visa applications.

August 1, 2026 – Confirm all graphics for booths & signage. Confirm brokerage/shipping arrangement for materials. 

Travel visas & accommodations

++ All attendees requiring a travel visa to enter Canada will need to apply for that visa at least FOUR months (May 13, 2026) before the event. Refunds will not be issued for registrations / exhibit booths / sponsorships after this date. LEARN MORE.

++ Hotel blocks will close August 12 – 14, 2026. The 13 ICG hotels will offer a significant discount on downtown Montreal hotels and are directly connected to the convention centre. Hotel blocks will be available at least 9 months prior to the conference.

About the Conference

The 13th International Conference on Geosynthetics (ICG) 2026, hosted by the North American Chapter of the International Geosynthetics Society (IGS-NA), is themed “Legacy, Evolution & Revolution in Geosynthetics.” The theme reflects the many transitions occurring in the field, in our shared responsibility to climate and society, and in how we respond to the challenges and opportunities presented to us by these transitions.

Location

13 ICG will be held at renowned Palais des congrès de Montréal (Montreal Convention Centre), a carbon-neutral facility.
